1. How to pay the freight of seaship and the customs fee?
When the package arrives, you have to pay the following fees extra,
(1)Local customs fee,$55.
(2)DAD,$30.
(3)LCL,about $50.
(4)CFS fee(US only),$25.
(5)Port/City to Door fee.
If you buy container, the freight of container depends on the port. Please email us your port and we can give you an exact freight.
If you order not more than a container or order online, the freight of each item will be caculate automatically. You don't need to add any freight. But if you order a special size and want to add the freight of special frame, you can use this link,

2. What is the minimum for a frame order?
No minimum for the order from the stock in US. The minimum for ready frame, easel, stretcher, mirror, moulding together from factory in China is $500, freight not included.

3. How to calculate the bulk of my shipment?
IMPORTANT:If you buy container, we can put small frames into big frames and can put everything closely. So you can put more of things into a container.

4. How to calculate the freight? (From Xiamen, China to World Wide)
The freight will be cacalate automatically. You don't need adding any freight online. But you can know how we caculate your freight as the following. The freight by seaship is 95$ per cubic meter. If the bulk is not more than 1 cubic meter,it have to be calculate as 1 cubic meter.

For example,
0.85 cubic meter, the freight is $95 x 1 == $95
1 cubic meter, the freight is $95 x 1 == $95
3 cubic meter,the freight is 95$ x 3 == $285.
2.45 cubic meter, the freight is 95$ x 2.45 == $232.75

And it is $55 extra for every shipment for customs fee,dock fee and packing fee total.
So the total of freight for 3 cubic meter is,
$285 + $55.

Attention:
With the freight canculated in this way, we only can ship your order to the sea port or big city in USA. You have to pay customs fee and freight from the seaport or big city to your address.

5. How long does it take for a frame order?
a). If you order the frames from our frame catalog, it takes about 3-6 weeks for us to finish the frame order and it takes abut 3-6 weeks too for the delivery by seaship.
b). If you order the frame from our frame stock in US, we can post the frames immediately by express and you will get it in 3 to 4 days.
　

6. I want frame with special size like 21"x33" or 73x92 cm ,any problem?
No problem at all. You can order any size of frame. But please send us a list of frame catalog with sizes and we can give you a quotation.

7. I want ready frame, made by moulding. How to know the prices of each size?
